i. To create a new or reset your password for log-in, follow the steps mentioned below:

- Click the Forgot Password link on the sign in page.
- Enter the email address you registered with us.

ii. You will receive an email to the registered email address with the password reset link. Click the link to reset the password.

ii. If you try to Sign In or click on the verification link after it has expired, the screen will be routed to the re-verification procedure.
